Riverside views, unique room designs, proximity to public transport

Parking availability could definitely use improvement!!! The front stairs to the lobby were also quite inconvenient with heavy luggage. Water pooling outside the shower area was annoying and needs addressing!!!

Between the old and new city, very close to the Hauptstrasse (main street) and nice view on the river (Neckar) or the castle depending your room. You have busses and trams at 1 mn by foot. A typically german atmosphere. If you have a car, a small private car park is available (8€ per day) and as it is difficult to park for free, this is also a good solution.

The property was in the center of the city.

The breakfast featured a fantastic variety of fresh options. The room's bed was overly firm for my comfort.

The breakfast here was free with meats, fruit.

The hotel was in the center of Heidelberg, and we were relatively near Neckar River. There was an excellent restaurant at a moderate distance from the property. The breakfast spread was enjoyable and marvellous with cheeses, meats.

Just spent three nights in a Standard Single Room with a great view and ridiculously spacious layout! Breakfast each morning blew me away with fresh fruits and smoked salmon. Only bummer was the sharp edge under the door-definitely stubbed my toe!

An highly professional staff that makes your stay very pleasant. Excellent breakfast even if it misses some German sausages.The choice is great and the staff always next to you. The hotel it is not located at a noisy spot so you can rest at your sleep without hesitation. Heidelberg is a beauty and Panorama is suited to this amazing city..

The location was convenient because I was a patient at the atos Clinic which is in the neighbouring building.

Small conveniences such as a shoe horn, complimentary toothbrush (I forgot my toothbrush at the previous hotel) or razor and comb,were missing.

The breakfast was a good surprise with massive platters of fresh fruit and the ability to order hot omelets! The location near the river provided amazing views, made our morning coffee a real treat!

There were small flea-looking insects on the bed for two days. The hotel staff was less than helpful when I raised my concerns about this issue, leaving me feeling quite unsatisfied despite their initial efforts.

Fabulous breakfast.

No closed parking of their own. The nearby hospital has one.

It is in the centre of the city. There is Dynastie close to the hotel, had dinner there.

Comfortable Stay with a Scenic View

Enjoyed quiet mornings having breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and coffee choices. A peaceful evening by the river's edge offered a lovely escape. For those parking, reserving a spot is essential and cost-effective. Don't miss the nearby river walk!

Excelent location. The room was confortable and breakfest was good.

The parking lot provided by the hotel was full and we had to pay for parking.

Cleanliness, attention to detail and welcoming and helpful staff made our stay pleasurable. Our lovely spatious room with river views was so comfortable, wished we could have stayed longer. Buffet breakfast with a good selection in charming dining room. Good location with free parking. Recommend this hotel.
